As cofounder of the sustainability advisory firm Read the Air, Trista brings practical knowledge of how to incorporate sustainability and ESG principles into the practices of organizations of all sizes. She is a firm believer in the importance of incorporating sustainability into business strategy and operations, an area of increasing focus for her clients. Trista’s proven experience fuels her motivation to enable companies of all sizes to successfully address increasingly pertinent topics such as climate change, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and data privacy.

Trista’s 20+ years’ experience spans a broad range of industries, including digital technology, life sciences, consumer goods, and media, where she has supported companies across Europe, North America, and Asia to design and execute transformational growth strategies. She is co-author of "Leading Sustainably" (released 2021) and has been an op-ed contributor for publications such as Ethical Boardroom, Greenbiz, Marie Claire and Forbes. Trista holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, a BSE from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and is currently pursuing a joint doctorate in business administration at Durham University and Emlyon Business School.
